By accessing and using ShikshaGate services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ShikshaGate provides a comprehensive school management platform that includes but is not limited to:

• Student and staff management
• Academic tracking and grade management
• Fee management and financial reporting
• Attendance tracking
• Communication tools
• Analytics and reporting

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payment terms include:

• Fees are charged in advance for the subscription period
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShikshaGate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written consent.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Make updates and improvements
• Address technical issues
• Suspend service for security reasons

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShikshaGate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShikshaGate operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
